Who I am

In this section, you should note your site URL, as well as the name of the company, organisation, or individual behind it, and some accurate contact information.

I am an artist selling art from my home studio. My VAT-exempt business name is Darius Gilmont, and I am based in Raanana, Israel. My art is mainly Biblical art and motoring art.

What personal data I collect

I collect only data you may give me on subscribing to my site or when you purchase something from my site. I do not use this data for any purposes other than communication with you regarding any purchase, or to send you news via my blog or newsletter. I do not track or follow the activities of any visitors to my site.

I do, however, use third-party additions on my website, which may collect and use data beyond my control. These are:

Mailchimp, which allows me to store subscriber information (only names and e-mails) in one secure place.

Woocommerce, which enables the commercial functionality of the site and the fact that it works as a shop.

Paypal, which enables payments to be made and collected.

Comments

I have disabled comments on my website, so no data is collectible from comments.

Media

I do not allow users of my site to upload any media.

Contact forms

I do not currently use a contact form on my website. You may contact me using my email address.

Cookies

I do not use cookies, but the third party additions on my site (as listed above) do. I am registered with Google Analytics, but do not, in practice, use them.

Analytics

In this subsection you should note what analytics package you use, how users can opt out of analytics tracking, and a link to your analytics provider’s privacy policy, if any.

By default, WordPress does not collect any analytics data. However, many web hosting accounts collect some anonymous analytics data. You may also have installed a WordPress plugin that provides analytics services. In that case, add information from that plugin here.

How long we retain your data

I keep your name and email address for subscription purposes until you unsubscribe. I keep purchase records for ten years.

What rights you have over your data

You may ask me to remove all your information from my records, and I shall do so.

Where your data is sent

I will never send your data to any third party, other than the partners listed above, necessary for the functionality of this site. All of these three international service-providers (Mailchimp, Woocommerce and Paypal) declare themselves to be GDPR-compliant.
